Henry is an expert in the Spanish real estate market and capital markets, with extensive experience in structuring and managing investment vehicles (AIF, SOCIMIs, RMBS, SMEs, covered bonds, corporate debt, etc.).

He holds a B.A. Bachelor´s Degree in Social Work and has various investment management and structured finance courses and certifications.
Before founding the RKS Group, he worked in London and Madrid, with Fitch Ratings and Bankia, as Director of Structured Finance.
He is currently the investment manager (AIFM) of RKS Real Estate Fund and CEO of Ktesios SOCIMI.

Carme has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Sector with a tenure encompassing a variety of leadership roles and a profound knowledge in Capital Markets. Socially, she is very involved in gender equality.

She has been on the Boards of several companies: Bodegas Peñafiel SA, King & Client SA and Patrimonio Inmobiliario Empresarial S.A, Embutits La Selva SA, Plasmia SA and BMCE International Bank. Due to her strong roots in the Spanish financial sector, she has also been part of the Guarantee Fund Council (FOGAIN) since its creation in 2001.

Gonzalo holds a Master degree in “Advanced Finance” of the IE Business School and a Master in “Management of Real Estate Development Companies” of the Univ. of Barcelona. Before he worked as Business Development Director in Servihabitat, providing real estate asset management services to funds specialized in secured NPLs, REOs and Income Property portfolios. He currently works as Capital Markets Director with Arcano.

Ignacio is a professional in the Pharmaceutical Sector.

In addition, he has combined his profession with investments in private equity, Venture Capital and capital markets.

He also possesses extensive experience in real estate investments of all kinds, mainly residential, in Latin America and Europe.

He has been one of the main shareholders of Ktesios SOCIMI since inception.

Luis Martín Guirado, a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, has an MBA from IE Business School, an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD and a diploma in Marketing of Financial Services from ESADE.

Luis Martín Guirado currently holds the position of Corporate Director of Business Development at Gesvalt, he is a Director of the Real Estate Committee of the College of Civil Engineers of Madrid and FRICS (Fellow Member of RICS).

María, Graduated in Law and in Business Administration and Management from the Francisco de Vitoria University, she is a specialist in Corporate Law and Real Estate.

She has solid experience in judicial and extrajudicial advice in the management of real estate assets, contracting, purchase and sale operations, due diligence processes, etc.
