Ktesios Socimi debuts on BME Growth

Ktesios, chaired by Henry Gallego, has started trading on BME Growth with a capitalization of over 20.4 million.

 

Ktesios, the leading SOCIMI in investment in affordable rental residential assets in non-prime areas, today celebrated its successful incorporation of BME MTF Equity into BME Growth with a revaluation of its securities of 0.71% compared to the initial starting price, set at 14 euros per share. Ktesios SOCIMI seeks to develop its growth and continue implementing its strategic plan to identify and bet on investment opportunities in affordable rental housing in non-prime populations that have a favorable microeconomy and a wide potential for revaluation.

At 12 o’clock the president of the company, Henry Gallego, has made the traditional bell ringing at the Palacio de la Bolsa de Madrid. The quotation of securities has been carried out through the dual-listing procedure, in which the shares are listed simultaneously on two different markets, BME Growth and Euronext in Lisbon.
