On March 29th, 2022, the Company has acquired 39 homes for an amount of 2,400,000 euros. The assets acquired are located in the village of Chilches, in the province of Castellón – Valencian Community.
With this acquisition, Ktesios SOCIMI asset portfolio owns 405 properties, of which 244 are homes. In this way, it continues to maintain its investment approach throughout the national territory, offering affordable rentals in peripheral municipalities with a favourable microeconomy.
