The deal flow of potential assets comes from banks and investment funds that do not consider them to be “core” investments, as well as the difficulties they have in managing them.
The commercialization strategy is key to obtain good results. For doing so we have a network of local agents and advisors that give us the knowledge of the specific area and allow us to speed up the rental process.

- Contracts are backed by default insurance, which means for Ktesios to have solvent tenants and at the same time to protect cash flows and to earn recurring income.
