Socimi Ktesios plans to invest 40 million in assets for affordable rental in the Comunitat

 

VALENCIA. Socimi Ktesios, from the Spanish fund RKS, seeks to grow in the Valencian Community to expand its affordable rental business. For this, it contemplates an investment of nearly 40 million euros in the coming years to continue with the purchase of buildings with the aim of reaching 425 homes in the Valencian autonomy. “The region is absolutely strategic for socimi,” said its president, Henry Gallego.

Ktesios, which has been listed on BME Growth since May, specializes in residential investment and property asset management. The company invests in peripheral areas to large cities to offer affordable rentals. It currently owns 609 properties, consisting mainly of 345 apartments, 27 single-family homes, 1 office, 158 garage spaces and 49 storage rooms, with an valuation of these assets of 32.6 million euros.

In the Valencian Community it has a presence in the three provinces with more than 60 homes distributed in Teulada, Chilches, Moncada and Catral. Its intention is to exceed 400 units in the coming years for which it plans to invest about 40 million. In fact, it is currently in negotiations to increase its portfolio in the region.
