Ktesios, the leading SOCIMI in investment in affordable rental residential assets in non-prime areas, has announced the acquisition from the SOCIMI Vivenio of 85 assets in the Madrid municipality of Campo Real for 1.85 million euros. This is the first acquisition of Ktesios in the Community of Madrid, thus continuing with its strategy of geographical diversification.
The assets, 27 of which are homes, are located on Calle Jarales 6 on the corner of Calle Moral number 45 and Santa Zoa 28 in the Madrid municipality. With this acquisition, the asset portfolio of Ktesios SOCIMI now has more than 700 assets, of which 403 are homes. The estimated value of the assets is now close to 39.6 million euros and exceeds their purchase value by 130%, reflecting the strong potential of this market and the SOCIMI’s strategy.

Likewise, Ktesios has closed the acquisition from Bankinter of 8 assets, 2 of which are homes, at number 7 of Paseo Florencia in the city of Murcia for 175,000 euros.
